EnWave Corporation announced that Alpina, which was EnWave’s licensed partner, has launched Alpina Snacks, a dried cheese snack range, in Colombia. Alpina has an exclusive license to use EnWave's Radiant Energy Vacuum dehydration technology in the country. Alpina Snacks is targeting consumers in the region seeking heathier snack and clean labels. The range contains 100% dehydrated cheese, in three variants: Dutch (Edam), Parmesan and Sopó. Alpina will use its existing distribution channels - specialty health, airports, online and traditional grocery retail. EnWave has signed 49 royalty-bearing license agreements for the REV™ technology.
