Bakery Adds New Version Of Its Soft Drink-Based Cakes

Wholesale baker Café Valley Bakery has teamed up with Dr Pepper to expand its soda cake line-up with Dr Pepper Cake. The line-up also includes 7UP, Orange Crush, and A&W Root Beer cakes. The new variety is made with real Dr Pepper, a soft drink formulated from a blend of 23 flavors. Café Valley’s locations in Arizona and Indiana sell croissants, muffins, bundt cakes, ring cakes, loaf cakes, Danishes and turnovers to in-store bakeries, club stores, food services and convenience stores.
