August 7, 2017: 12:00 AM EST
California-based Pamela’s Products bakery, whose products are found in natural food and grocery stores in the U.S. and Canada, is now selling gluten-free pasta, including organic spaghetti, rotini, elbows, and spaghetti. The dried pastas are made with white rice and sprouted brown rice flours sourced from non-GMO farmers. Each two-ounce serving contains eight grams of protein from peas. The new products are available in stores now, at a suggested retail price of $4.29 per eight-ounce box.  [Image Credit: © Pamela's Products ]
