Conagra Sells Canadian Del Monte Processed Fruits/Vegetables Unit

Conagra Brands announced it is selling its Canadian Del Monte canned fruit and vegetable business to Canada’s Bonduelle Group in a deal worth about US$34 million. A spokesman for Bonduelle said all three of the company's canning facilities in Canada will be “positively impacted” by the acquisition in terms of added jobs.
