Ingredients Maker Unveils Organic Ginger, Vitamin C Extracts

Supplements ingredients maker Applied Food Sciences has introduced organic ginger extract and vitamin C extract for use in the natural beverage market. The company says its powdered organic ginger extract (Pur-Ginger) is highly water soluble and clear when dissolved, leaving no sediment or pulp. The Pur-C extract is made from organic gooseberry, which contains 20 times more vitamin C than other fruits. The extract is water soluble and clear, making it appropriate for organic beverages, the company said.
