Italian White Wine Forms Basis For New Doughnut Glaze

The owners of Manhattan’s Doughnut Project have teamed up with Ruffino Wines to bring Prosecco-infused doughnuts frosted with an Italian white wine (Prosecco) glaze and dusted with edible glitter and gold leaf.
