LesserEvil's Lil Puffs Faces Class Action Lawsuit Alleging False Advertising

July 7, 2023: 12:00 AM EST
LesserEvil is facing a class action lawsuit in California alleging that the company’s Lil Puffs kids snacks are falsely advertised as healthy and nutritious for children under two, despite containing high levels of saturated fats that could be harmful to toddlers. The lawsuit also contends that LilPuffs’ advertising violates federal regulations concerning nutrient content claims and disclosure statements. The case seeks to represent anyone in the US who purchased Lil Puffs during the relevant statute of limitations.
