Mondelēz Snack Start-Up Incubator To Mentor Nine Entrepreneurs

May 11, 2021: 12:00 AM EST
The Chicago-based food and beverage company will mentor nine snack start-ups in its first 12-week CoLab start-up accelerator beginning in June, operated by the company’s innovation and venture division Snack Futures. Each of the nine snack start-ups will receive $20,000 grants in addition to mentoring. The nine start-ups are: Love, Corn (crunchy corn bites); Better Bites Bakery (allergen-free baked goods); Chasin' Dreams Farm (popped sorghum snack); Elite Sweets (keto donut brand); Numa: Numa (healthy Asian candies); NuSkool (low-sugar snacks); Snacklins (plant-based crisps, a vegan take on pork rinds); Sourse (vitamin-infused candy, including dark chocolate); and 12 Tides (nutrient-dense, ocean-friendly snack made from kelp sourced from regenerative ocean farms).
