Nestlé Launches Dairy Milk/Coconut Beverage For Sri Lankan Children

February 15, 2018: 12:00 AM EST
Nestlé has launched a Nespray milk variation in Sri Lanka that features dairy milk and coconut flavor targeted at children. Coco-Up Ready-to-Drink, made with Sri Lankan milk and coconut, contains no artificial colors or preservatives. Nestlé buys milk from close to 20,000 Sri Lankan farmers every day, making it the market leader for local milk-based beverages. It has been manufacturing dairy products in Sri Lanka since 1984. The company is also one of the world’s largest exporters of coconut milk powder, supporting more than 6,000 local coconut growers through its business. Chilled Nespray Coco-Up, priced at $0.92, joins Nespray Fortigrow, Everyday and Nutri-Up products made with local milk.
