New Breakfast Smoothies Target Brazilian Consumers With Health Concerns

June 1, 2017: 12:00 AM EST
Nestlé Brasil Ltda has introduced two drinkable brown rice-based Nesfit breakfast smoothies that feature healthful ingredients like grapes, beets, ginger, cranberries and passionfruit. Because they are made from brown rice, they are low-calorie, high-fiber, and rich in vitamins and minerals. The lactose- and gluten-free smoothies are sold in 260ml plastic bottles at a retail price of about $1.99. [Image Credit: © Nestlé ]
