January 24, 2022: 12:00 AM EST
Coles, the Australian supermarket chain, awarded A$400,000 to Melbourne-based and family-run Not A Trace to make allergen-free products for the ‘Coles I am free from’ range. Not A Trace said the grant, which comes from the Coles Nurture Fund grant, will help “bring to life an array of new savoury snacks and crackers.” Coles expanded its range of health foods range last year and integrated gluten-free options for cereals and other categories.
