Nudie Snacks Uses “Wonky” Cauliflowers For Its Crisps

June 15, 2023: 12:00 AM EST
Scottish snacks company Nudie Snacks uses vegetables that would otherwise be discarded. It produces cauliflower crisps appealing to vegan and gluten-free consumers. There are two flavours: Cheese & Caramelised Onion and Katsu Curry. Both are high in fiber and protein, and low in calories. About 40 percent of the cauliflowers it uses are “wonky”.
