Seven Sundays Claim To Launch The First-Ever Oat Protein Cereal Made With Upcycled Oat Protein

May 26, 2023: 12:00 AM EST
Seven Sundays, a US-based breakfast brand, launched Oat Protein Cereal, claiming it to be the first-ever cereal made with upcycled oat protein. The brand suggests that its oat protein, derived as a co-product from oat milk production, offers three times the protein, twice the fiber, and more nutrients compared to regular whole rolled oats. The vegan cereal offers 5g of protein per serving and is free from gluten, artificial flavors and high-intensity sweeteners. It is available in four flavors: Simply Honey, Super Fruity, Maple Cinnamon and Chocolate Sea Salt.
