Thai Beverage Eyes Acquisitions In Vietnam

July 8, 2017: 12:00 AM EST
Thai Beverage plans to use food and beverage company Fraser & Neave (F&N) to expand its business beyond Thailand into Vietnam, according to a CIMB bank analyst. Thai Beverage owns a combined 28 percent of Singapore-based F&N and real estate company Frasers Centrepoint. The analyst believes Thai Beverage will sell Frasers Centrepoint and use the proceeds to boost its stake in F&N. It is also expected to bid for Vietnamese beer producer Sabeco, and to increase its stake in dairy company Vinamilk. [Image Credit: © Thai Beverage ]
