The Curator Acquires Cheesies

British savory snacking brand The Curators has bought 100% baked cheese snack brand Cheesies, in a deal backed by dairy supplier Yeo Valley. The acquisition for an undisclosed sum sees The Curators grow its portfolio of high-protein, low-carb snacks. Cheesies will join The Curators' lineup, which includes Beef Biltong and Veggie Puffs. As part of the deal, Yeo Valley's venture fund, Yeo Valley Associates, has invested a six-figure sum in the combined businesses.
