The Howe Company Acquires BFY Snack Company Mister Snacks

U.S. confectioner The Howe Company has acquired healthy snacks business Mister Snacks. Mister Snacks primarily sells its products under the Sunbird Snacks and Stone Mountain Snacks brands in wholesalers and gift shops. Through the acquisition, The Howe Company hopes to expand its distribution and its nut and nut mix business.
