Tochi Hopes To Normalize Asian Flavors With Its Upcycled Salmon Chips

Tochi aims to grow interest in Asian flavors within the U.S. via its Upcycled Salmon Chips. Its Salmon Chips are made with sustainably sourced salmon skin from the coasts of Norway and England and come in four flavors – Salted Egg, Korean BBQ, Sriracha, and Thai Lime & Herb. The chips are available from online retailers including Amazon and its own website for $4 per 0.9 ounce bag.
