Uplift Food Introduces Gut-Friendly Plant-Based Sandwich Crème Cookies

The New York-based company’s Gut Happy Cookies, “the world’s first gut health-focused plant-based sandwich creme cookies,” are low-sugar, keto-friendly, high-fiber treats “clinically proven to support gut, digestive and immune health.” Each 40-gram pack of 12 cookies contains 13 grams of fiber and nine grams of protein. The cookies also contain one billion CFU (colony forming units) of probiotics, Flavors available include salted peanut butter with chocolate and coconut; sunflower butter with vanilla and chia; and salted almond butter with vanilla and hemp seeds.
