Nestle Revamps Italian Factory To Ramp Up Frozen Pizza Production

The Nestlé Group is selling the La Valle Degli Orti (soups), Mare Fresco (frozen fish) and Surgela brands to German frozen food company FRoSTA Group to clear way for Benevento factory in Italy to produce only Buitoni frozen pizzas. Company is investing $52.5 million to overhaul production lines and boost production capacity with cutting-edge technology.
